What is Rotator Cuff?
The rotator cuff is made up of muscles and tendons that keep the ball of your upper arm bone in your shoulder which helps to raise and rotate the arm. There are four very important muscles of the cuff are Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Teres Minor, and Subscapularis. Infraspinatus and Teres Minor are largely responsible for external rotation at the shoulder.
